Children's Liturgy of the Word provides an opportunity for the children ages 3-10 to hear God's Word on a level they can understand, and in a fun spirit-filled environment.  Children’s Liturgy of the Word is held each Sunday Morning during the 8:45 am  Mass. Children are called to join in at the beginning of the Mass and are returned to their parents after a 20 to 30 minute lesson where they hear the scriptures and participate in activities. 

Parents:  You can enhance your child's experience by reinforcing the following items:

• Explain to  your child that they will hear the same Bible stories that you hear in Mass, and that they will participate in prayer.
• Please have your child use the bathroom before mass begins. All children participating in Children's Liturgy must be potty trained.
• Encourage your child to walk reverently to the altar for dismissal and to follow the directions of the teacher.
• After Mass, talk to your child about what he/she learned!
