Holy Spirit Preschool/Stay & Play
Holy Spirit Parish is very excited about its preschool program for children ages 3 and 4. The program offers a well-balanced curriculum which includes reading/math readiness, expression, music, art, and the development of Christian concepts. Children may participate in the full day program (8:00AM-6:00PM) or half day (8:00AM-12:00 noon). Each class has a certified teacher and a teacher assistant. Holy Spirit Elementary School
For over 100 years Holy Spirit has been making a conscious effort to promote those values and attitudes which will make students worthy members of the family, Church and community. The cooperation of the parents of our students and the whole Catholic community in Tuscaloosa is necessary if these efforts are to be successful. Community support has enabled Holy Spirit to grow and carry on those programs which provide the benefits of a Catholic education. Holy Spirit is proud of its attempts to strengthen those values needed in today's world. Holy Spirit Elementary enrolls students from Kindergarten through 6th Grade. Holy Spirit Middle/High School
Started in 1996, our Middle/High School has pushed for excellence. Academically, this is one of the best schools in the city. Athletics is growing and our students are receiving a well rounded education. It promotes responsibility both to the school and our community. Many charitable projects come out of the Middle/High School, including the support and help they offer the Sisters in Eutaw. This education prepares the students for higher education. In fact, many graduates have received college scholarships, due to the education they received at Holy Spirit. Spiritual growth is very important and our students learn to be loving, giving, responsible young adults. PTO
The Parent-Teacher Organization of Holy Spirit School is designed to help parents and faculty acquire an appreciation of the ideals of Catholic education, to foster cooperation and communication between parents and faculty and to provide services for the welfare of the children.
Holy Spirit School Endowment Foundation
In order to continue the long tradition of excellence in Catholic education for children at Holy Spirit School, additional sources of revenue must be developed. To meet that objective, The Holy Spirit School Endowment Foundation has been established. This tax exempt nonprofit foundation operates and qualifies under Section 501 (e) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to the foundation are tax deductible.

The immediate objective of the foundation is to accumulate a substantial principal to invest and to generate interest income which will be used exclusively to meet the goal of enhancing the quality of education provided by Holy Spirit School. Since the principal of the endowment fund will be preserved, your gift will continue to give, year after year. For more information, please contact Sr. Elaine Sebera, ESM at 553-5608.
